Most ‘Bible movies’ are, with a few notable exceptions, sorry evangelists for the Christian faith. Those loosely based on the New Testament generally portray a fey, willowy, Anglo-Saxon Jesus wafting limpidly around an arid landscape, occasionally uttering ‘sound bites’ randomly culled from the Gospels.

Afternoon Tea Schedule Adjustment

There will be no Afternoon Tea in April, due to the ACA Executive Council meeting, which St Stephen’s will be hosting April 12–14.

Also, there will be no separate Afternoon Tea in May, because Afternoon Tea will be available at the annual British Garden Party and Fête on May 7th.
