Treasurer Cindie Baker reported that the Garden Party gross receipts totaled $6,129.55. Expenses of $3,459.97 left a net profit $2,669.58. Saint Stephen’s Afternoon Teas will resume on Thursday, 9 June at 2:00 PM. We left April and May off the 2016 calendar as Holy Week and the Garden Party are busy times for the church. May Parish Life meeting recap

Garden Party gross receipts as of 10 May were $5,856.55. A final report will be presented at the next meeting. The Tea Room served 125 patrons, the largest number ever for a Garden Party. The ACA Executive Council is meeting at St Stephen’s this week, and as a result, we are making a few changes to our normal weekday schedule.

Afternoon Tea Schedule Adjustment

There will be no Afternoon Tea in April, due to the ACA Executive Council meeting, which St Stephen’s will be hosting April 12–14.

Also, there will be no separate Afternoon Tea in May, because Afternoon Tea will be available at the annual British Garden Party and Fête on May 7th.
